Will Rouzu actually wake ME up?
Rouzu wakes you through escalating vibration on your wrist — a sensation your brain doesn't tune out the way it learns to ignore a repeated alarm sound. The vibration builds in intensity until you're awake. If it doesn't get you up, you're covered by our 100-Night Sleep-Through-It Trial.
Is it comfortable to sleep in?
Yes. The band is slim, lightweight, and made from soft silicone with a one-size adjustable strap. Most people forget they're wearing it within a night or two.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 10–14 days on a single charge, depending on how many alarms you use. It recharges over USB in about 1–2 hours.
Is it really silent?
Completely. Rouzu makes zero sound — 0 dB to a partner, roommate, or child sleeping next to you. Only you feel it.
Is it waterproof?
Rouzu is splash- and sweat-resistant for everyday wear and handwashing. We don't recommend showering or swimming with it.
How do I set the alarms?
Set up to 3 alarms directly on the band — no app and no phone required. Full instructions are included in the box.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try it for 100 nights. If Rouzu doesn't get you up on time, contact us for a refund. Every band also carries a 12-month defect warranty.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days, with free standard shipping on every order. Canada, UK & Australia: 10–16 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
