We want you to sleep on it — literally. Every Rouzu comes with a 100-Night Sleep-Through-It Trial.
How it works
Wear your Rouzu for up to 100 nights. If it doesn't get you up on time, email support@lumibare.com with your order number and we'll arrange a return for a full refund of the product price.
Warranty
Every band is also backed by a 12-month defect warranty. If your Rouzu stops holding a charge or the motor fails within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it free.
How to start a return
Email us at support@lumibare.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll send return instructions within one business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is on its way back to us.
